Ingredients
8 eggs
8 oz castor sugar
12 oz salted butter
5 tbs sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
9 oz plain flour
Cocoa powder
Preparation
Preheat oven at 175℃ - 180℃ for 10 - 15 minutes. Beat eggs until they are really light and fluffy. Add in sugar and continue beating it till it is fluffy. Add in butter and milk until they are fluffy but slightly thickened. Lastly, fold in the flour and beat at a low swpeed until evenly mixed. Divide the mixture into 2. Add in cocoa powder in one mixture and mix evenly. Bake the cake for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
