Ingredients

8 cups mixed greens

1 cup pistachio nuts

1 8oz jar haystack goat cheese marinated herb de provence

2 Tbs lime juice

2 cups red grapes

6 tangerines or clementines

2 avocados

Red onion (option)

Preparation

Use goat cheese and add own herb de provence. Rest to taste. Avocado is good but is not critical. I have added red onion.
