Ingredients
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 t thyme
2 t rosemary
2 t pepper
4 T parsley, chopped
1/2 C soy sauce
4 T lemon
4 T olive oil
Preparation
- Rub meat with first five ingredients.
- Soak in liquid at least 2 hrs. and better overnight.
