Ingredients

marinade-

1/4 cup good whiskey

1 tablespoon molasses

3/4 cider vinegar

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes

1/2 tablespoon black pepper

Rub

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon paprika

1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

1/ tablespoon black pepper

Preparation

Boil remaining marinade for 15 minutes Use as baste for cook down some more for sauce.

Maridande ribs overnite. 2 racks baby backs halved. Gallon size bag works for marinade.

Cook 3 hours at 250 degrees indirect heat use a water pan under ribs for moisture and to catch dripping.
