Ingredients
5 large eggs
1 2/3 cups whole milk
5 tablespoons melted butter
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease popover pans or muffin tins.
- Beat eggs with electric mixer until frothy. Add milk and butter, mix well.
- Add flour and salt, mix just until combined.
- Divide among prepared cups, filling slightly less than half full.
- Bank for 45-55 minutes, or until puffy and well browned. Serve immediately.
