Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts

2 Green Apples

Blue Cheese Dressing (9 oz)

1/2 Cup of Sliced Almonds

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

1 Tsp Salt

Pepper

Optional:

Grapes (1/2 cup)

Celery (1 cup/3 sticks)

Preparation

Place olive oil and salt into pan. Heat oil on medium high heat. Pepper chicken. Turn down heat to low and fry chicken (roughly 7 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked). Place almonds in mixing bowl. Cut apples into slices and then third each slice; place into bowl. Place any optional ingredients into bowl. Let chicken cool for 5 minutes. Shred chicken with fork; place into bowl. Mix in Blue Cheese Dressing. Mix in Mayonnaise.
