Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 t salt and pepper
2 eggs
1 t oregeno
20 oz. Broccoli (frozen)
3 oz. Sliced smoked ham
Mozzerella cheese slices(3x3)
Preparation
Make meat loaf by mixing ground beef, ketchup, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and egg. Spread flat on tinfoil to make it a 12x10’’ rectangle. Spread broccoli over it in one layer and set ham on top. Keep broccoli about 1/2’’ to 1’’ away from edges. Lift tinfoil and roll up the ground beef starting at the 10" side. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour on a pork roasting pan or other pan with grates for drainning. At the last five minutes place cheese cut into triangles on top of meat loaf. Cook until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
