Ingredients
1.5 lb ground sirloin
1/2 lb Italian sausage
2 cups dry seasoned breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 cups water
1 cup parmesan
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 jar tomato sauce
1 lb spaghetti
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F.
With hands, mix beef, sausage, eggs, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Knead in bread crumbs, then slowly add water, a little at a time, mixing with hands. Mixture will be very moist.
Use your hands or an ice-cream scoop to form meatballs, and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping after 20 minutes.
Cook in tomato sauce for 10 minutes and serve over spaghetti.
