Ingredients

1 1/ pounds ground lamb

1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives

1/4 cup feta cheese

3 tablespoons chopped parsley

6 large garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons dried rosemary

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

8 buns

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the buns.
  2. BBQ on direct, medium heat for 8 to 12 minutes depending on how done you want them, turning once halfway.
