Ingredients

Basmati rice

Green beans (canned or fresh)

Roasted, marinated red peppers

Green onions

Garlic

Chicken and/or chick peas (or another protein)

Balsamic vinegar

Olive oil

Salt to taste

Cayenne

Preparation

Cook and cool rice.

If using fresh green beans, blanche and cool.

Season chicken in Mediterranean spice mixture of some variety and saute. Once cooked, cool.

Combine all ingredients and serve.
