Ingredients
200 g sugar
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cinnamon
200 g hazelnuts, ground
150 g plain chocolate, chopped
300 g flour
1 sachet dry yeast (7g)
200 g butter, melted and cooled
4 eggs, beaten
250 ml very strong black coffee
Preparation
- Mix and combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, hazelnuts and chocolate.
- Sieve the flour and yeast and add to the mixture, stir and combine.
- Add eggs, butter and coffee, mix and combine thoroughly with the hand mixer.
- Pour the batter into the small baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 60 minutes or until done. Leave to cool.
- Cut the cake into squares before serving. You can sprinkle them with powdered sugar or grated chocolate.
