Ingredients

3-4 Roma tomatoes

1/2 an onion

2-3 garlic cloves

1 pkg. small Mexican pasta

EVOO

water

S&P

1 lb chicken breast

cilantro

Preparation

Brown pasta in oil Blend tomatoes,onion & garlic Add to pasta, cook for 5 minutes Add water, chicken, cilantro and S&P Cook till chicken is tender Remove chicken, let cool and shred with fork Add chicken back to soup and serve
