Ingredients

1/4 cup sugar

2 cups almond milk

1 pound silken “lite” tofu

12 oz semisweet chocolate, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1.5 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

0.5 tsp chili powder (to taste)

chocolate shavings

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients except shavings in a blender and puree until smooth.

  2. Chill at least 30 minutes in freezer. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
