Ingredients
3 lb. pork roast
½ t. salt
2 small cans chopped chili peppers
3 cloves garlic
¼ cup chipotle sauce
½ cup water
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup chopped cilantro
(Cooked rice)
Preparation
Chop pork into bite size pieces, toss with salt. Put pork into bottom of slow cooker. Pour chili peppers, garlic, chipotle sauce, and water over pork. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4 hours. When done, pour lime juice and cilantro over it. Serve over rice.
