Ingredients

1 box brownie mix, prepared, cooked and cooled

First Frosting:

4 Tbsp. butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

2 Tbsp. milk

1 tsp. peppermint extract

3 drops green food coloring - so its pale green

Second Frosting:

2 Tbsp. butter

2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate squares

Preparation

Bake brownies in a 13x9-inch pan. Let cool.

Mix all the first frosting ingredients together. Spread on the cooled brownies. Chill frosted brownies for 30 minutes.

For the second frosting melt the butter with the 2 squares of chocolate and mix well. Once the chocolate is melted and mixed well drizzle over brownies and chill once more before cutting.
