Ingredients
100g cocoa
200g butter, melted
4 eggs
2 cups of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
80g flour (2/3 cup)
1 tsp baking powder
200g dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 150 degrees Centigrade. Mix cocoa and butter. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla, and mix to a smooth paste. Sift flour and baking powder, and add. Add chocolate chips. Pour into a base lined swiss roll tin. Bake for 45 minutes. Cut into squares when cool.
Optional, sprinkle with icing sugar for garnish. Serve warm with icecream or cream and berry coulis for dessert.
