Ingredients
3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup corn oil
2 eggs
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring
Preparation
- Melt chocolate in a large bowl.
- Mix in eggs, oil, and flavoring.
- Gradually mix in baking powder, salt, and sugar while mixing.
- Gradually sift in flour while mixing.
- Mix until homogenous (no lumps!).
- Pour into tin foil lined pan(s).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
- Use foil to remove brownies from pans, and allow to cool before serving.
