Ingredients

3/4 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup corn oil

2 eggs

2 squares unsweetened chocolate

1/2 teaspoon vanilla or almond flavoring

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in eggs, oil, and flavoring.
  3. Gradually mix in baking powder, salt, and sugar while mixing.
  4. Gradually sift in flour while mixing.
  5. Mix until homogenous (no lumps!).
  6. Pour into tin foil lined pan(s).
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
  8. Use foil to remove brownies from pans, and allow to cool before serving.
