Ingredients
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
12 ounces bittersweet chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425. Line cupcake pan with paper liners or parchment paper circles.
- Melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring continuously. Set aside.
- Beat eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Add melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Add melted chocolate and blend to a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into cupcake tins.
- Cook for 10 mins until cupcake exterior is solid but interior is still gooey.
