Ingredients

3/4 Cup boiled cider

1/2 Cup corn syrup

1/2 Cup boiling water

1 beaten egg

1/4 Cup flour,

1/3 Cup sugar

pinch of salt

Preparation

Combine cider, syrup and water. Combine egg flour sugar and salt, Combine ingredients together and pour into 9" deep pie pan, lined with pie crust. Bake @ 350 for 40 - 50 minutes. Can be made with 1 or 2 crust pie
