Ingredients
4 Tablespoons soy sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
2 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
4-6 Boneless Chicken breasts
1 medium sized onion sliced
Preparation
Combine first 5 ingredients to make sauce Pour over chicken and onions in rectangular Pyrex dish Cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
