Ingredients
3 C flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp mace
2 C sugar
3 C chpd apples
1 C nuts
3 eggs
3 T vanilla
1 1 /2 C veg. oil
Preparation
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, mace and sugar together. Bead eggs, vanilla and oil together and mix with flour mixture. Stir in apples and nuts. Place in Bundt pan and bake 350 for 1 hour.
