Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, boiled in skins.

6 slices bacon, fried

reserved bacon grease

3/4 cup ch onion

2 T flour

2 T sugar

1 1/2 t salt

1/2 t celery seed

dash pepper

3/4 c water

1/2 c vinegar

Preparation

Saute onion in 1/3 cup bacon grease. Mix in rest of ingredients. Pour over cooked potatoes. Add bacon and stir. Cover and let stand til ready to serve. Garnish with crisp bacon or parsley.
