Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten

8 cups cream-style corn

1 1/2 cups cornmeal

1 1/2 t salt

1 clove garlic, minced

1 t bp

3/4 c melted butter

8 oz canned chilies

3/4 lb grated Cheddar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and put in buttered casserole. Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes, then reduce temp to 325 degrees and bake 15-45 min. Can keep warm at 150 degrees til serving.
