Ingredients
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 can white tuna
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
pinch salad herbs
1 T onion salt
dash tabasco
2 large fresh tomatoes, peeled and quartered
4 large hard-boiled eggs, quar4tered
Greek black olives
8 anchovy fillets
Lettuce
Preparation
Cook beans until just tender in salted water. Drain immediately and put in bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar, salad herbs, onion salt, and tabasco. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Stir once a day. Just before serving, mix in other vegetables and serve on lettuce.
