Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 T cornstarch
1 t salt
2 cups milk and cream, mixed
8 well beaten egg yolks
4 T Irish Whiskey
8 beaten egg whites
1 pkg knox gelatin softened in a little milk
Ladyfingers
Raspberries
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients. Mix in wet ingredients. Fold in egg whites. Cook gently over double boiler. Line glass bowl with ladyfingers and layer custard with raspberries, top with raspberries. Sprinkle with nuts.
