Ingredients

2 large onions

Olive oil

1 16 ounce can of peas drained

1 small jar of mushrooms drained

3 hard boiled eggs

2 large handfuls of walnuts

Mayo (optional)

Salt Pepper

Preparation

  1. Sautée onions in olive oil, until soft but not browned

  2. Pureé everything in food processor

  3. Season with salt and pepper and add mayo (optionally) for moisture.
