Ingredients
2 boxes chocolate wafer cookies
1 tsp vanilla
1 pint heavy whipping cream
4 tbsp sugar (leveled off)
Preparation
On high speed, whip vanilla, cream, and sugar until you get a high peak (too much will make it like butter). Spread on cookies and hook together!
