Ingredients
3/4 lb. grated mozzarella
3/4 lb. ricotta
1 pkg. spinach (frozen chopped - drained well)
1 pkg. puff pastry
2 eggs (beaten and seasoned with salt, pepper, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese)
Preparation
Add the mozzarella, ricotta and spinach to the egg mixture. Press one sheet of puff pastry into a dish. Add spinach mixture and cover with puff pastry strips in a lattice design.
Bake in a preheated 35o degree oven for 1 hour.
