Ingredients
4 cups Old fashioned oatmeal
1 1/4 cups All-Bran
3/4 cup almonds, walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 cups dried cherries or cranberries
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup buckwheat groats (optional)
1/4 cup ground flaxmeal (optional)
1/4 cups wheat germ (optional)
Preparation
Mix all ingrediants in large bowl. Store in airtight container.
