¼ cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons ground cumin
1 ½ tablespoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 chicken legs
4 chicken thighs
¼ cup parsley
1 cup olive oil
Preparation
