Ingredients

2 Deep Dish Frozen Pie Shells

1 Pack of Bacon - Cooked and Crumbled

1 8oz Cooked Frozen Spinach - Drained

1 Large Chopped Onion (sweet)

1 Large Block Swiss Cheese

10 eggs

1.75 cups milk

Cayenne/Salt/Pepper/other spices for flavor

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Cook and crumble bacon, drain spinach, chop onion, and grate cheese.

Mix bacon, spinach, onion, and cheese then place evenly in both pie shells.

Mix together egg, milk, and spices. Pour evenly over mixture in both pie shells.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300°F and cook for additional 30 minutes.
