Ingredients

2/3 cup olive oil

1/2 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives

1/2 cup chopped ripe olives

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp pepper

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp minced garlic

1 (20 oz) round Italian bread loaf

1/4 lb sliced salami

1/4 lb sliced mozzarella cheese

1/4 lb sliced pepperoni

Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients, stirring well; cover & chill at least 2 hours. Cut bread horizontally; scoop out bottom, leaving a 1/2" thick shell. Drain olive mixture. Spoon olive mixture into bottom half of bread, top with meat & cheese, then the remaining olive mixture. Wrap tightly with plastic and chill 6-8 hours.
