Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

2 cups water

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over both sides of pork chop and pan sear both sides. Pour cream of mushroom soup into water and mix, then pour into pork chop pan and simmer with pork chops for 20 minutes or until chops are done and soup has reduced into gravy. Serve with rice or potatoes.
