Ingredients

FILLING

1/2 lb fresh mushrooms

2 tb butter

1/2 cup finely chopped onions

1/2 tsp salt

dash nutmeg

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp flour

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp dried dill

PASTRY

1 cup butter

1 pkg cream cheese

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups sifted flour

Preparation

allow butter and cream cheese to come to room temperature. Add salt and mix thoroughly in a mixer. Work in the flour with your fingers, roll it into a ball, wrap in waxed paper, chill overnight.

Trim mushrooms, chop finely, heat butter and add mushrooms and onions. cook 4 minutes. Add seasoning, lemon juice and four and mix together. Remove from heat, add sour cream and dill. Roll pastry in 2 sections keep it cool. Roll onto a floured board and cut into 2 1/2 inch circles. Fill center, cook at 350 for 25 minutes.

Chill or freeze made up pastries.
