Ingredients

4 slices white bread or 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1/2 tsp Old Bay

1/4 tsp Accent

1 egg

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 lb crabmeat

1/2 tsp Crystal

1 tsp Sherry

1 tsp fine Parsley

Preparation

mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside In another bowl gently fold all wet ingredients together (except the crabmeat) Combine wet and dry and then gently mix in crabmeat Form into crabcakes on wax paper refrigerate for 2 hours Fry in vegetable oil
