2 1.2 oz Vodka
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 lime wedge (squeezed)
1 pinch of horseradish
6 oz tomato juice
1 pinch old bay
1 pinch black pepper
1 spear of olive, pepperocini and pepperoni
1 split celery stalk
