Ingredients

4 lbs lean ground beef

1 medium onion chopped

1 med green pepper finely chopped

2 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

3-4 tbsp hot mexican chili powder

1 tbs. paprika

1 tbsp hot cayenne red pepper

1 tsp thyme

1 piece celery finely chopped

1 qt whole tomatoes finely chopped

1 qt tomatoes pureed

2 8 oz tomato sauce

3 cans red kidney beans (16 oz)

1 16 oz can kidney beans puree

Preparation

Brown meat and onions, put in large slow cooker and add rest of ingredients and stir together.

Cook on high until cooking good, then turn down to low and simmer total 8 hours.
