Ingredients
275 grams of dry biscuits
100 grams butter
1125 gr cream cheese (25% fat and up)
300 grams sugar
3 eggs
vanilla pod
Topping (optional)
frozen berries one box
100 grams sugar
Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 250 celsius crush the biscuits in the magimix and add melted butter. Stir together and then press down on the bottom of a 26cm round baking tray. Let set for about 5 mins Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla pod together and pour over the crust Lower the oven temperature to 160c and bake for one hour.
Allow to cool and set for several hours. Heat berries and sugar in a small saucepan and pour over the cake
