Ingredients

1 Medium Napa Cabbage

3 stems green onions

1/2 c. sugar

1/4 c. white vinegar

1 cup sesame seeds

1/2 c. margarine

1/2 c. vegetable oil

1 tsp soy sauce

1 c. slivered almonds

2 packages Ramen noodles-crushed

Preparation

Wash and dry Napa. Then chop it with the green onions and mix together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Mix sugar and vinegar together. Store overnight in refrigerator, shaking often until sugar is dissolved.

Brown noodles, almonds and sesame seeds in margarine, stirring often. Drain on paper towels for 2 hours.

Toss noodles-almond mix with Napa and onions. Just before serving, mix oil and soy sauce with vinegar mixture. Pour over salad and stir well.
