Ingredients
2 T. mayo
2 T. minced celery
1.5 t. lemon juice
1 t. minced fresh chives
salt
pinch cayenne
1 lb. lobster meat (tail cut to 1/2", claw 1" pieces)
6 new england style hot dog buns
2 T. unsalted butter, softened
6 leaves boston lettuce
Preparation
- Whisk mayo, celery, lemon juice, chives 1/8 t. salt and cayenne together in large bowl. Add lobster and gently toss to combine.
- Toast hot dogs buns with softened butter and sprinkle of salt in hot skillet until crisp and brown.
- Line each toasted bun with lettuce leaf and add lobster.
- serve
