Ingredients
2 lbs salmon, broiled
SAUCE:
1 can coconut milk
1 grapefruit
1 lime
1 T cilantro (in a tube)
2 T lemongrass (in a tube)
1 T ginger (in a tube)
2 T ? Tamari (to taste)
1 T ? Fish sauce (to taste)
1/2 tsp curry powder
VEGGIES TO ADD TO SAUCE:
1/4 bulb anise sliced thinly
1/4 red onion sliced thinly
3 large mushrooms sliced thinly
1/4 red pepper sliced thinly
MASHED POTATOES
5 med potatoes
2 to 3 T lemongrass (in a tube)
1/3 can coconut milk
3 T butter
1/2 t salt (or salt to taste)
OTHER
1 bunch asparagus, steamed
Preparation
Broil salmon Steam asparagus Mash & season mashed potatoes Assemble sauce
Put it all together on a plate in a beautiful manner.
