Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup of Nutella
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tsp of vanilla
a pinch of salt
3 cups of quick oats
Preparation
Over medium heat, bring sugar, cocoa, milk and butter to a boil for one minute. Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter, Nutella and coconut Then add vanilla, a pinch of salt and 3 cups of rolled oats. Add more oats if needed to soak up liquid. Stir until combined.
Drop the cookies onto wax or parchment paper and let sit at room temp (if your house is cooler) or in the fridge until hardened (about 1 hour)
