Ingredients

2 lbs. cubed lean beef

1 c. diced potatoes

1 c. diced celery

1 c. chopped onions

1 c. sliced carrots

2 (8 oz.) cans Spicy V-8

1 pkg. onion soup mix

2 tbsp. tapioca

1 tsp. Accent

1 tsp kitchen bouquet

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix meat and vegetables in a Dutch oven or a 13" x 9" foil cover pan. Season to taste. Dissolve tapioca in tomato juice. Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Do not peek!
