Ingredients
8 ounces Fine Noodles, cooked and drained
3 Eggs
3 tablespoons Margarine, melted
¾ cup Sugar
½ tablespoon Lemon Juice
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Non-Dairy Creamer
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Topping
2 ½ cups Corn Flakes
4 tablespoons Margarine, Melted
3 tablespoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
Preparation
Wisk together the Eggs and Sugar. Add the Margarine, Vanilla, Lemon Juice, Salt and Non-Dairy Creamer. Stir in the Noodles. Pour mixture into greased 8 x 8 pan. Sprinkle topping (recipe follows) on top. Bake at 350˚ for 40 minutes.
