Ingredients

· 1 cup butter

· ½ lb very fine noodles

· 2 cups Uncle Ben’s converted rice

· 2 cans Campbell’s French onion soup broth

· 2 cans Campbell’s chicken broth

· 1 tsp soy sauce

· 1 cup water

· 2 cans sliced water chestnuts

Preparation

Melt butter, add uncooked noodles and cook until light brown. Add uncooked rice and remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
