Ingredients

1 Jar Newman’s Own Marinera sauce

1+ lb ground beef

1 clove garlic

1T oil

1 med onion

1 pkg frozen spinach

1 8 oz small shell macaroni

1 1/2 c sharp cheddar grated

1.5-2 cups plain bread crumbs (Progresso)

2 beaten eggs

1/4 oil

Preparation

Saute chopped onion, garlic, and ground beef. Drain fat. Add Newman’s and simmer about 1.5 hrs. –Meantime– Cook, drain, and cool pasta. Cook and cool spinach. Reserve 1/2 cup juice. Mix cheese, pasta, bread crumbs, beaten egg, oil, and spinach. Put pasta mix in 9x13 casserole, then pour red sauce mix over the top. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 min.
