Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

1/2 pound pork sausage or italian sausage

2 eggs

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1/4 cup dried minced onions

2 talespoons milk

2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne

1/2 cup ketchup

1 teaspoon hot sauce

Preparation

  1. Prehead oven to 325
  2. Mix all ingredients except ketchup and hot sauce
  3. Pat into loaf pans
  4. Bake for 1 hour
  5. Mix ketchup and hot sauce
  6. Drain fat and liquid from meatloaf
  7. Spread ketchup glaze over meatloaf
  8. Bake an additional 20 minutes
