Ingredients
1/2 c nutritional yeast
1/3 c water
1/3 c apple cider vinegar
1/3 c Tamari
1/4 c olive oil
1 tbsp crushed garlic
a few drops of sesame oil
Preparation
blend it all together, pour into a glass jar/bottle, refrigerate
1 serving has ~80 calories, 6 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber, and lots of B vitamins
