Ingredients
125 gr. butter
1 1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup oatmeal flour
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oatmeals
4 eggs
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped.
1 tbs grounded cinnamon
Preparation
- Preheat your oven at 200ºC
- Beat at high speed the butter with the sugar until making it cream
- Add baking powder, wheat flour and oatmeal flour. Continue beating.
- Add the egg yolks, milk, cinnamon, walnuts, oatmeals and mix well.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks and add the rest of the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a pan previously greased and floured.
- Bake until fluffy and dry on the inside. Approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
