Ingredients

1 Very ripe banana, mashed

1-1/2 cups instant or quick cooking oats

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 chopped dried fruit of your choice

1/2 cup maple syrup, agave or honey

1/2 cup natural nut butter or sunflower butter

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp vanilla extract

For even more protein try 1/2 to 1 cup

Protein powder.

Preparation

Place both recipes into a baking dish ceramic and pressed about 1 inch thick with wax paper.

Chill in fridge for at least l hr. Cut into squares.
